Request permanent account deletion
This public page lets you request deletion without signing in. Never enter your password here. We may contact you to verify ownership before deleting anything, so another person cannot delete your account or institution.
What deletion removes
Deleting an individual account removes its Firebase sign-in and personal profile data, including the name, login ID, email, phone and WhatsApp details, role and assignments, parent–child links, uploaded files, notification tokens, and search indexes derived from that data.
Deleting an institution removes its workspace, managed user accounts, profiles, memberships, attendance and operational records, device tokens, and uploaded files. A person who also belongs to another institution keeps that separate membership and sign-in.
What may be retained
Where required for institutional recordkeeping or legal and security claims, attendance references may be anonymised and retained for up to seven years. A non-identifying deletion audit containing hashed identifiers and counts—but no names, institution codes, emails, or user IDs—may also be retained for up to seven years as evidence that deletion occurred. A shorter period applies where the law requires it.
